1. What is the Paragon Motor Club Affiliate Program?
The Paragon Motor Club Affiliate Program allows you to make money by referring customers to our Web site. You do this by placing links on your site. Every time you refer a customer to us through your site and that customer makes a purchase, you earn a commission.

2. How do I sign up?
First, submit the online application form. Once we review your website and approve your application, we will send you our Affiliate agreement. Then, you return the completed and signed agreement and we will provide you with information on how to get started.

3. Is my Web site eligible to become a Paragon Motor Club Affiliate?
Anyone can apply to the program, as long as you have a Web site and an interest in Motor Club memberships, Roadside Assistance services and other automotive related products and services. While we are accepting applications from all interested parties, please note that we are not able to approve all applicants.

4. How long does the application process take?
We attempt to respond within 2-3 business days.

5. Does it cost me anything to become a Paragon Motor Club Affiliate?
No! There is no charge to apply and there is no minimum sales requirement.

6. Can a Web site outside the United States be a Paragon Motor Club Affiliate?
Currently, we are only accepting Affiliates located within the U.S. and Canada.

7. I operate more than one Web site. Can I still be a Paragon Motor Club Affiliate?
Yes. You can have multiple sites and you can track the progress of each of your sites separately. Commission checks can be separate or combined into check.

8. What are my responsibilities as a Paragon Motor Club Affiliate?
You are responsible for using the authorized marketing materials we provide to you and notifying us of any broken links, or if the nature of your website or type of traffic changes. We handle everything else.

9. What are Paragon Motor Clubs' responsibilities?
We will provide you with the tracking links, graphics, logos, and content to be placed on your website. We also provide support to help you maximize sales through your site.

10. I don't have a Web site. Can I still apply?
To apply for our online Affiliate program, you need to have a website. However, our Marketing Department can discuss other business opportunities that you may have.

11. How do I change my account information?
Once you have been approved as an Affiliate, you will be given access to your personal Affiliate log in to the Paragon Motor Club Web site. Your can modify your account information in this password protected area.

12. How do I create links?
Paragon Motor Club actually provides you with all links, banners and logos which you will use to get credit for traffic generated from your website.

13. Where should I place the links on my site?
If you place the links in an easily accessible location on your site, your visitors will be more likely to make a purchase. You should place links where they are easy for your site visitors to find, such as your home page. Some areas you may want to place your links include your home page, your navigation bar, and any other traffic areas. If your website is synergistic to our products, you may want to consider creating a specific page for our products. We have found this to be very successful for other Affiliates.

14. How often should I update my links?
There should be little need to update your links but we would notify you of any changes needed to your tracking links. We also have a dedicated page where you can get fresh banners and current promotional graphics.

15. Can I use your content on my site?
You may use the logos and content we provide to you and we will wortk with you on any specific requests you may have. However, you may not use logos or any other material that we have not reviewed and approved

16. How do I know how much commission I've earned?
When you are approved as a Paragon Motor Club Affiliate, you will be able to earn a commission on sales or traffic generated through your site, depending on the type of Affiliate program you were approved for. Through your Affiliate log in, you can access reports that provide information on click-throughs, leads and commissions earned.

17. How often do I get paid?
We will send you a check for sales or traffic you referred to our site every month, provided you earned more than $50.00. Paragon Motor Club reserves the right to withhold payment until such time an affiliate's aggregate commissions exceed $50.00 USD.

18. Do I earn commissions on my own purchases?
Yes! When you buy products from us through your Web site, you earn the same commission on your purchase that you would from a visitor purchase.

19. How can I monitor my sales?
You can monitor your sales by accessing reports as often as you like through your Affiliate log in.

20. Who processes orders and handles customer service?
We do all of that for the customers that you refer to our site. All you have to do is place links on your site. We do the rest!

21. How will you know that the orders came from my site?
All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a purchase is made. This is only possible, though, when you create all of your links with Paragon Motor Club approved logos and content.

22. How often can I run reports?
You can run reports daily if you wish. Your Affiliate log in updated daily with the latest information about your site.

23. I operate more than one Web site. Can you track them separately but pay me with one commission check?
Yes. You can have multiple sites and receive one commission check. We can create links and generate reports specifically for each site and, if you desire, you will receive one commission check for all of your sites. To set up an account with multiple sites, please contact us at marketing@paragonmotorclub.com with the names and URLs of the additional sites.
